Diane "Pepper" Pitts
Customer Service Manager

Diane “Pepper” Pitts attended Central Florida Community college and the Concorde Career Institute, where she obtained her certification as a Medical Assistant. She spent several years in the medical field caring for patients and assisting them in well being visits with their physicians. Pepper spent many years as the Lead Tech for an insurance company, responsible for client communications in the day to day processing of worker’s compensation claims.

At Fast Forward, Pepper helps the creative staff with homework, supplies, etc. She obtains needed materials and answers from clients and ensures they are kept in the loop on their projects; along with maintaining the client's files. Her highest objective is to be the client's representative and advocate in the company to ensure they get what they came to us for, as quickly, accurately and efficiently as possible.

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Pepper has resided in Florida since about the age of 6. She has one son and a beautiful new granddaughter.
